Choose placements, coverage and pay

The undersigned buyer ("Client") confirms they are authorized to purchase advertising services on behalf of the legal entity named in this form. The network operator ("Operator") provides reserved media placement across TrustBank and/or MyBIK inventory. This agreement is written in English and covers only the ad spaces, duration and total selected at checkout.

The Operator will reserve, AI-review and publish approved sponsored placements selected in the checkout builder (for example ticker units, display formats, feed posts, news sponsorship, profile skins and related units). The signed schedule below lists each space, duration in days, targeting scope and the USD total. Placement starts after payment confirmation and creative approval. Early-stage ticker reporting may be impression-based and does not require click tracking.

Settlement is BTC only to the Operator treasury wallet shown at checkout. Every checkout displays a live BTC quote denominated from a USD reference, valid for 20 minutes; expired quotes must be refreshed before payment. The BTC transaction id is recorded for Operator revenue documentation; the Client is responsible for its own tax reporting.

After on-chain BTC confirmation with minimum safety checks (confirmations and automated creative review), the Operator may publish the campaign automatically. Publication is not a waiver of later review. The Operator may pause or remove live placements at any time under Sections 6–7.

The Client declares that all funds used to pay for services originate from lawful activity. The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy of identity, company, licensing and fund-origin statements. The Operator may reject, pause or terminate campaigns if wallet, identity or compliance risk is identified.

The Client shall not submit creatives, copy, links or destinations involving: Weapons and explosives; racism, hate or discrimination; sexual content involving minors or anyone under 21; photographs or likenesses of children; photographs or likenesses of people without prior written consent; human trafficking; violent attacks, terrorism or threats; political parties and electoral campaigning; scams, fraud and other illegal activity. The Client is solely responsible for licenses, geographic restrictions, disclosures and truthfulness of claims.

Payment does not guarantee permanent publication. If the Client violates law, this agreement, network standards, or submits prohibited or non-compliant material — before or after go-live — the Operator may refuse, pause, modify or permanently remove the campaign immediately, with no refund, credit or substitute inventory, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. The Operator may also remove campaigns that fail creative quality, brand-safety or compliance standards.

The service sells media placement and visibility only. It does not guarantee clicks, conversions, revenue, rankings or third-party approval.

A copy of this signed agreement (version, schedule, spaces, duration, total, signer and payment reference) is stored on the Operator platform for the Client account and for Operator admin audit. Electronic signature by typing a legal name and submitting payment binds the Client.
