1. Parties and nature of services
The undersigned buyer ("Client") purchases reserved enterprise advertising and media placement services from the network operator ("Operator") across TrustBank, MyBIK and Hashpo digital mini-site inventory. This is a cross-border B2B services agreement documented in English for international contracting parties. The service is limited to sponsored visibility, placement reservation, creative hosting and related campaign tooling. It is not banking, investment advice, custody, gambling operation, or financial product distribution.
2. Service description (prestação de serviços / advertising services)
The Operator provides annual or multi-placement media reservation services, including tickers, display units, AI Talk sponsorship layers, hero units, feed placements and related formats selected at checkout. Fees compensate the Operator for inventory reservation, technical deployment, compliance review and platform operations — not for guaranteed audience, traffic or commercial results.
3. Payment and tax documentation
Enterprise orders settle in BTC or another approved rail shown at checkout. Payment is due in advance. Upon acceptance and settlement confirmation, the Operator generates an electronic order record with contract version, order reference, company identity, signer name, placement summary, USD reference amount and payment reference suitable for internal accounting and revenue documentation. The Client is responsible for its own tax reporting in its jurisdiction.
4. Client authority and lawful funds
The Client confirms it is authorized to bind the named legal entity, that contact details are accurate, and that payment funds originate from lawful activity. For regulated verticals — including betting, gaming, crypto, finance, insurance and health — the Client is solely responsible for licenses, geographic restrictions, age controls and mandatory disclosures.
5. Creative, advertising and compliance responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for all creatives, copy, logos, claims, links, destinations and permissions. The Client shall not submit content that is illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, misleading, scam-related, abusive, or likely to induce error or unauthorized financial behavior. Prohibited categories may be rejected or removed without refund where permitted by law. The Client indemnifies the Operator against claims arising from Client materials or Client business practices.
6. No performance guarantee
The service sells placement and visibility only. The Operator does not guarantee impressions, clicks, views, CPM, CPC, conversions, revenue, rankings, regulatory approval or any commercial outcome.
7. Review, suspension and takedown
All campaigns remain subject to material and compliance review before and after go-live. The Operator may pause, modify or remove live placements immediately if fraud, legal, safety, reputational or policy risk appears, without owing a refund except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator's liability is limited to fees actually received for the affected order. The Operator is not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive or lost-profit damages arising from campaign performance, third-party platform actions, market conditions or Client regulatory issues.
9. Electronic acceptance
By checking the acceptance box, typing a legal name, confirming authority and submitting payment, the Client electronically signs this agreement and accepts all terms above. The signed record, order reference and payment metadata may be stored for audit, dispute resolution and revenue documentation.
